HR Manager – Talent Acquisition

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment function and drive hiring strategies across the organization. Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle - Develop and implement hiring strategies - Collaborate with department heads for hiring needs - Lead employer branding initiatives - Manage recruitment metrics and reporting - Build and manage a team of recruiters Requirements: - Strong experience in talent acquisition and HR management - Experience in hiring for multiple domains and senior roles - Excellent leadership and team management skills - Strong decision-making and organizational skills Nice to Have: - Experience in consulting or service-based companies - Exposure to international hiring
