Job Title: Assembly Designation: Jr/Engineer Job Type: Permanent Location: Tauru Road - Bilaspur, Gurgaon. Budget: - 4 - 5 LPA CTC. A. General Requirements: 1. Should be intermediate Level in English Communication. 2. Degree/Diploma Mechanical Engineering. B. Technical Requirements: 1. Must have an experience of 4 – 6 years 2. Exposure of Assembly Processes in Automotive Industry. (Preferred from MSIL Supplier) C. Job Profile: 1. Manpower allocation/shift handling and maintain shopfloor discipline. 2. Daily production planning and Plan Vs actual Monitoring. 3. M/C check sheet, Poka-yoke Check Sheet & 5S check sheet verification. 4. Breakdown, rejection & rework / Red bin analysis. 5. OEE Calculation and efficiency improvement. 6. Operator’s skill level upgradation and maintain training & audit records. 7. Working knowledge of HELIUM and high-pressure air leak testing. 8. Knowledge about takt time, TPM, Jishu Hozen, lean manufacturing. 9. Good command on line balancing and cycle time calculation. 10. Maintain 5S implementation, kaizen, work instruction and one point lesson on line. d. Software Courses- 1. Knowledge of basics computer systems (MS OFFICE, EXCEL & WORD) 2. Preferred having own conveyance.
