Revised JD- KLR 1. Financial Reporting & Compliance • Finalization of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and preparation and review of Plant P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow. • Coordination with statutory auditors, internal auditors and tax auditors and preparation of board meeting presentation. 2. GST, Taxation & Regulatory Management • Overseeing GST compliance (input credits, reversals, reconciliations, audits), Liaison with GST consultants and tax authorities for GST assessments. Advance tax working, TDS compliance, income tax assessments. • Handling departmental notices and tax litigations 3. Costing & Manufacturing Finance • Product costing (Existing & New Products) based on BOM standards. Budget vs Actual variance analysis (material, labour, overheads). • Cost control initiatives with plant operations. • Inventory valuation, stock reconciliation and control. 4. Budgeting, MIS & Business Partnering • Annual budget preparation and rolling forecasts. Monthly plant MIS and management review presentations. • Business modeling in advanced Excel for: o Capex evaluation o Cost reduction initiatives o Pricing analysis o Scenario planning 5. Banking, Treasury & Working Capital Management • Handling consortium / multiple banking relationships. Managing working capital limits (CC, LC, BG, Import Finance) • Preparation and submission of CMA data and stock statements. • Managing bank audits and compliance requirements. • Cash flow forecasting and fund flow planning. Qualification • CA with strong manufacturing exposure with 14-15 years of experience .
