Nature Bio Foods conducts Processing , Packaging Cleaning , Co2 treatment and Warehousing operations out of Maasvlakte , Rotterdam and some third party operations out of many countries in Europe. Key Responsibilities: Acting as backbone for the BD Team by reducing administrative load and improving efficiency. Reduction in sales team admin time by 20–30% All assigned tasks completed within agreed timelines Preparation and coordination of all sales documents (contracts, EIF, Sap reports, Jarvis, customer forms) with accuracy. 98–100% error-free document preparation All contracts/EIF released within 48 hrs of request Inter-team Coordination Turnaround time with SCM, logistics & finance On-time closure of requests (SCM, QC, dispatch, LC, accounts) Customer Documentation Support On-time submission of customer docs, reports,zero escalations Assisting in end-to-end monitoring of order status from PO receipt to dispatch. 100% correct entry of orders in system , order book sanitisation NO missed dispatches due to documentation/input errors Weekly MIS on order status submitted on time Providing support to sales team with price sheets, competitor tracking, and weekly updates Monthly summary report Skills/ Qulaification: Proficient with MS Excel Any Graduate / Post Graduate Experience of atleast 2-3 years Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
