Job Title: Maintenance. Designation: Asst. Manager/Dy. Manager Job Type: Permanent Location: Near Hero Honda Chowk, Gurgaon. A. General Requirements: 1. Should be good in English Communication. 2. Degree in Electrical Engineering. B. Technical Requirements: 1. Must have an experience of 10 – 12 years 2. Must have relevant experience (Preference from Automotive industry) CNG Component Manufacturer. C. Job Profile: 1. Ensuring breakdown free machinery by doing Preventive & Predictive maintenance on timely basis. 2. PLC Programming, Automation, Electrical Maintenance of PLC/CNC/RLC controlled Hydraulic, Pneumatics, and SPMs Machines. 3. Leading Power Saving Projects in whole Plant. 4. Stocking minimum stock of critical spares inventory (Imported & Local). 5. Localization of Imported spares Mechanical, electrical. Electronics. 6. Monitoring & analyzing the machinery breakdown by maintaining machine history card. 7. Facilities Management according to the requirements of the Factory. 8. Operation Knowledge of utilities like D.G/Air Compressors/Boilers/AHU /HP Compressor Recovery System etc. 9. M.R.M. & M.I.S. Report preparation & Presenting to Top management. 10. Handling all over plant Maintenance as Machine Shop & Utility. 11. Preparing & Maintaining of Maintenance Budget. 12. Knowledge of reducing MTTR & Increasing MTBF. 13. Designing of POKA-YOKA station to ensure defect free product. 14. Maintain all documents of maintenance VSA IATF. 15. Handling audits like VSA, OHSAS, IATF – 16949:2016 16. Good knowledge and responsible for Safety/ EHS requirements of Plant . 17. SAP Knowledge of Maintenance Activity Spare Management, PM, Break Down 18. Knowledge of Helium Leak Testing and Air Leak Testing Machines & Functional Test @300 bar pressure 19. Knowledge of traceability system and assembly lines Nut Runner, Scanner, Conveyor etc... 20. Knowledge of Helium Recovery System @350 bar Helium Compressor Gas Mixture 21. Knowledge of High-Pressure Compressor @350 bar Working Pressure Preferred candidate profile:- Exposure required: - HT - Panel, ACB, VCB, Transformer, Servo Stabilizer, On Line Ups, Capacitor Panel, Air Compressor, Fire Safety Systems, VSA, IATF/ EHS Requirements. Industry Preference: Automobile / Auto Ancillary / Auto Components Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
