Executive - Stores (Tool Crip)

Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the tool crib/store Issue and receive tools, consumables, and equipment as per requisitions Maintain accurate records of tool inventory (manual & ERP-based) Ensure proper tagging, identification, and storage of tools Monitor tool usage, condition, and lifecycle Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for tool requirements Conduct periodic stock audits and reconciliation Maintain minimum stock levels and raise purchase requisitions Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards Track tool repair, calibration, and replacement schedules Required Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of storekeeping and inventory management Familiarity with tool crib operations in manufacturing setup Basic understanding of industrial tools, gauges, and equipment Experience with ERP systems / inventory software Good organizational and documentation skills Attention to detail and accountability Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word)
