Marketing & Business Development Executive (Automotive / EV Components)

Job Title: Marketing & Business Development Executive (Automotive / EV Components) Location: Gurgaon Experience: 3–5 Years Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Business Development professional with experience in automotive/EV components. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing customer relationships (especially in 2-wheeler segment), and coordinating internally with cross-functional teams such as R&D and Purchase. Key Responsibilities: • Drive business development and marketing initiatives for EV and automotive components. • Handle customer interactions with 2-wheeler OEMs and Tier-1 clients. • Identify new business opportunities and support RFQ/RFI processes. • Manage end-to-end program coordination, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. • Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams (R&D, Purchase, Production). • Ensure effective internal follow-ups for project progress, costing, and sourcing. • Support product positioning, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking. • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business. Key Products / Domain Expertise: Experience in handling or marketing the following components is preferred: • EV Chargers • DC-DC Converters • Battery Packs • Vehicle Control Modules (VCM) • Clusters • Infotainment Systems Key Skills & Competencies: • Strong understanding of automotive/EV ecosystem • Experience in program management and project coordination • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders • Commercial acumen with exposure to costing and pricing discussions • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools Preferred Background: • Experience working with 2-wheeler OEMs or EV startups • Exposure to product lifecycle management • Engineering background (preferred but not mandatory)
