HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various roles across industries Understand client requirements and job descriptions in detail Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews Schedule interviews and coordinate with clients and candidates Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Maintain recruitment trackers and reports Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients. Ensure timely closure of open positions Ideal Profile: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 0–3 years of experience in recruitment (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply) Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Basic understanding of different industries and job roles Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
