Timings : 12:00 pm to 09:00 pm Workings Days : 5 days a week Location : Gurugram Experience : 7-10 years Major Experience Sales and Business Development in US Market – Grains and Rice Industry preferred. Business Development Identify and develop new international customers and markets Drive sales growth in terms of volume (MT) and value Actively manage and grow assigned customer accounts Customer Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with buyers Handle customer queries, negotiations, and follow-ups Ensure repeat business and customer retention Commercial Handling Prepare and share quotations, pricing, and offers Negotiate contracts with focus on price, margin, and payment terms Convert enquiries into confirmed orders End-to-End Order Management Manage the complete lifecycle from order booking to delivery Coordinate internally for: Production planning Packaging Shipment execution Ensure on-time dispatch and delivery Documentation & Compliance Handle all export documentation: Invoice, packing list, BL, certificates, etc. Ensure compliance with regulatory and certification requirements Coordination & Execution Work closely with: Operations Logistics QA teams Ensure smooth execution and timely shipments Data & Reporting Maintain sales data, order tracking, and MIS reports Use Excel for: Order tracking Sales planning Analysis Market Awareness Track market trends, pricing, and competitor activity Share insights for better business decisions
