Job Title: Quality Assurance Designation: Sr. Engineer Experience: - 5 -7 Years Job Type: Permanent Location: Near Hero Honda Chowk, Gurgaon. A. General Requirements: 1. Should have good Communication Skill. 2. Diploma / B. Tech (Mechanical/Automobile/Production). 3. Must have worked with Tier 1 companies of MSIL. B. Technical Requirements: 1. Must have relevant experience (only from Automotive industry. 2. Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VSA & EMS C. Job Profile: 3. Hands on experience of handling the customer quality of MISL, SMG, TATA Motors, M&M, Hyundai. 4. Hands on experience on Control plan, PFD, FMEA, SPC, MSA and automotive core tools. 5. Good exposure of warranty claims and their analysis 6. MIS Data preparation for management review 7. Must have good knowledge of 7QC tools , FTA & other analysis tools 8. Investigate quality problems affecting operations and share recommending solutions 9. Manage quality documentation required. 10. Analyze and improve defects on the line, conduct RCAs with CFT and initiate improvement actions 11. Exposure of CARV process and its documentation 12. Good knowledge of assembly & machining, materials & its properties, inspection & testing. 13. Must understand drawings and technical information on them d. Software Courses- 1.
