Production Engineer

Job Title: Production Designation: Engineer Job Type: Permanent Location: Near Hero Honda Chowk, Gurgaon. A. General Requirements: 1. Should be intermediate Level in English. 2. Degree/Diploma Mechanical Engineering. B. Technical Requirements: 1. Must have an experience of 4 – 6 years as an engineer 2. Exposure of Assembly Processes in Automotive Industry. C. Job Profile: 1. Manpower allocation/shift handling and maintain shop floor discipline. For at least able to handle 100 manpower per shift . 2. Daily production planning. 3. M/C check sheet & 5S check sheet verification. 4. Poka-yoke working verification as per check sheet. 5. Daily Production Plan vs Actual monitoring report preparation. 6. Breakdown, rejection & rework analysis. 7. OEE Calculation. 8. Operator’s skill level upgradation and maintain skill matrix & training record. 9. Working knowledge of HELIUM and high-pressure air leak testing. 10. Knowledge about takt time, TPM, Jishu Hozen, lean manufacturing. 11. Good command on line balancing and cycle time calculation. 12. Maintain 5S implementation, kaizen, work instruction and onepoint lesson on line. 13. Provide training related to process, product, safety and other related activity 14.Basic knowledge of VSA &IATF Audit documentation & aware about Dojo Knowledge. d. Software Courses- 1. Knowledge of basics computer systems (MS OFFICE, EXCEL & WORD) 2. Must have knowledge of SAP.
