Must have relevant experience (only from Automotive industry. 2. Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VSA & EMS C. Job Profile: 3. Hands-on experience of all types of inspection gauges and instruments (CMM machine, Profile projector, Contracer, Roughness tester, Spring load Tester, bore scope, bore gauge and other liner measuring instruments. 4. Must understand drawings and technical information on them 5. Good knowledge of SAP 6. Good knowledge of inspection standards and quality plan 7. Hands-on experience on Control plan, PFD, FMEA, SPC, MSA and automotive core tools. 8. Investigate quality problems affecting operations and share recommendations 9. Good knowledge of Calibration, SPC, MSA 10. Good knowledge of assembly & machining, materials & its properties, inspection & testing. 11. Must understand drawings and technical information on them 12. Layout inspection, revalidation activities 13. 8D/Capa/Root Cause Analysis 14. Product , Process System Audit Knowledge 15.
