Maintenance Engineer

Job Title: Maintenance. Designation: Sr. Engineer (Position -1) Job Type: Permanent Location: Tauru Road - Bilaspur, Gurgaon. A. General Requirements: 1. Should be intermediate Level in English. 2. Preferred Diploma Electrical Engineering. (B. Tech – Electrical are also Eligible) B. Technical Requirements: 1. Must have an experience of 6 – 8 years 2. Must have relevant experience (Preference from Maruti Teir -1 industries) C. Job Profile: 1. Machine Maintenance & Attend breakdown in Shift. 2. Exposure of CNC, VMC Machine Maintenance (Make LMW & MAZAK & Forging Machines) 3. Knowledge of PLC programming (Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Siemens - 1200, TIA Portal) 4. Understand Electrical & Pneumatic circuit Diagram 5. Maintenance Knowledge of Utility (HT & LT Panel, ACB, VCB, Transformer, Servo Stabilizer, UPS, Capacitor Panel), DG Operation & Maintenance (All A, B, C, D Check) 3. Knowledge of High-Pressure Compressor, Low pressure Compressor, 4. Knowledge of Automation & Machine interlocks 6. Knowledge of Maintenance Audit documents like VSA, OHSAS, IATF – 16949:2016 (Breakdown Slip, Maintenance log book, 5 Why Analysis Record, History Card, Spare Part Issue Slip, Critical Spare Parts Book in ERP Knowledge) d. Software Courses- 1. Knowledge of basics computer systems (EMAIL, MS OFFICE, EXCEL & WORD). 2. Preferred having own conveyance.
