Job Description – Senior Manager / AGM – Finance & Accounts (Chartered Accountant) Company: Shloka (Part of Krishna Maruti Group) Location: gurgaon sec 58 Department: Finance & Accounts Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory Experience: 10+ years of post-qualification experience (after completion of CA) Industry Preference: Automotive / Auto Components / Manufacturing About the Role Shloka, a part of the Krishna Maruti Group, is looking for a seasoned Chartered Accountant to join its Corporate Finance team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in financial management, corporate accounting, statutory compliance, financial planning, and business partnering within the automotive or manufacturing industry. This role requires a strategic finance professional capable of driving financial excellence, ensuring compliance, and supporting business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee corporate finance and accounting functions across the organization. Ensure timely preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards. Manage statutory, tax, internal, and cost audits while ensuring timely closure of audit observations. Ensure compliance with all direct and indirect tax regulations, Companies Act requirements, and other statutory obligations. Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, variance analysis, and MIS reporting for senior management. Monitor cash flow, working capital, treasury operations, and fund management. Develop and strengthen internal financial controls, governance frameworks, and risk management practices. Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making and profitability improvement. Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, statutory authorities, and external consultants. Support business expansion initiatives, capital expenditure evaluation, and investment analysis. Ensure continuous process improvement and digitalization of finance processes through ERP systems and automation initiatives. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence. Desired Candidate Profile Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience. Proven experience in the automotive, auto components, or manufacturing industry is essential. Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, and financial reporting. Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, treasury management, audits, and corporate finance. Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise applications. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while managing multiple priorities.
