Job Title: Assistant Manager-Sales and Marketing Designation: Assistant Manager Reporting To: Manager – Sales and Marketing Job Type: Permanent Location: Near Hero Honda Chowk, Gurgaon A. General Requirements: 1. Should be proficient in English. 2. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical / Automobile) preferred. 3. MBA in Marketing or having relevant experience in Sales & Marketing. B. Technical Requirements: 1. 5–8 years of experience in automotive Sales & Marketing 2. Must have relevant experience (only from Automotive industry, Preferred MSIL Vendor) C. Job Profile: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and Tier-1 customers 2. Identify new business opportunities in automotive markets. 3. Handle RFQs, quotations, and commercial negotiations. 4. Support new project acquisition and business expansion activities 5. Act as the primary contact point for assigned customers. 6. Conduct regular customer visits and meetings 7. Resolve customer concerns related to pricing, delivery, and service. 8. Monitor automotive industry trends and customer requirements 9. Coordinate with production, PPC, quality, purchase, and finance departments 10. Monitor project timelines and customer milestones 11. Prepare cost sheets and sales reports. 12. Support annual price negotiations and cost reduction initiatives. 13. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports 14. Update management regarding business status and market development D. Skills 1. Strong Communication and Negotiation skills. 2. Knowledge of Automotive business processes and OEM systems. 3. Understanding of costing, RFQ Handling, and commercial discussions. 4. Good analytical and presentation skills. 5. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP systems. 6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 7. Strong coordination and customer management capability.
