Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Flutter Developer who can independently design, develop, maintain, and optimize high-quality mobile applications for Android, iOS, Web, and Desktop platforms. You will work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Backend Engineers, QA Teams, and DevOps Engineers throughout the software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities • Develop scalable Flutter applications using best coding practices. • Build reusable UI components and maintain a common design system. • Integrate REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, and third-party SDKs. • Develop responsive interfaces for mobile, tablet, web, and desktop. • Optimize application performance, startup time, and memory usage. • Implement secure authentication using JWT, OAuth, Firebase Authentication, and SSO. • Work with Firebase Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Messaging, and Analytics. • Participate in architecture discussions and technical planning. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. • Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile Scrum environments. • Ensure high code quality through Unit Testing, Widget Testing, and Integration Testing. • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely fixes. • Participate in release planning and App Store deployments. • Continuously improve application architecture and development workflows.
